Rain, Rain Go Away-October 21

The forecast is looking pretty dreary for the next week. Gone are the almost 80 degree days filled with sunshine. Fall is here—and just in time for Halloween. What a cruel trick.

Chris and I started month three of P90X3. Four more weeks and we have completed it all. I’m really proud.

I’m not proud of my constant food battle. I think I get comfy and excited with my progress and I cut loose for a couple weeks. I guess there are worse things. Usually I maintain, but this time around the scale was not being favorable. Perhaps it’s some bloat. Guess I’ll see by the end of the week. Anyhoo, that means this last month is going to be serious. I want to get my final cut in before the holidays so I can enjoy and maintain. I’ll start 2018 off in the right p
