It’s going to be short and sweet this week. It’s getting to be a busy time of year for me. I feel like I have barely been home in two weeks.
I am continuing to allow Mr. Shaun T to kick my ass and love/hating every single minute of it. Need to decide what my new program is going to be so I start July out strong. Any Beachbody folks out there? I am leaning towards a Shaun program. T25 maybe? Gotta get rid of this last nine pounds and really start to build that muscle and definition.
I’m still mostly following those container rules. Sometimes I add a little extra healthy fat in-because I love cheese! Here’s the meal plan: Week Start June 24

And the shrimp recipe is just last week’s blackened chicken with poblano cream sauce-loved it so much I decided to repeat but with some shrimp. My husband loved the sauce on his steak tacos.
