Meal Prep Week 21


I am getting ready to do another AdvoCare 24-Day Challenge-and this time, I am really going to stick to it. Anyone want to join me in this challenge? I am hoping this challenge can kickstart something good in me. The last couple weeks have been challenging in their own way. My thyroid is killing me lately. I’ve been tired and hungry and eating and gaining. Eeek! When you feel like crud, it makes being healthy so hard. Eventually though, I know I will feel better. I just have to be stronger.

what are we looking at this week?

A. Yup-Salad-again. You’ll be seeing a lot of this so make sure you have a variety of toppings.

B. Turkey Taco Wraps-These have always been one of my favorites. Make a little extra meat and enjoy taco salads.

C. Pizza Frittata-I actually really liked this. It was rich and flavorful. My husband called it quiche and suggested it as a Sunday breakfast. I followed the directions as is. Definitely a nice change of pace.

D. Grilled chicken and a veggie-I opted for a chicken seasoning low in salt and grilled zucchini. Have to enjoy that grill for as long as the weather allows us.
