I’m like three weeks late on this post. Sorry. The holidays got me! I believe this is for the week before Christmas. I tried to make it easy and use some familiar meals. I did throw a new, easy and light recipe in there-the turkey wraps.
The week before and of Christmas were hectic. I actually decided to take the week of Christmas off from meal planning and prepping. It just seemed like a waste between all the different parties and family gatherings we had to attend.
And you know what, I enjoyed the holidays. I ate sweets and comfort foods. I ate out and enjoyed all the junk food. I basically spent a week getting all the bad cravings out of my system. I did workout-not as much as I have been. And I did lose a little weight somehow-even if it was only two pounds. I did seem to lose some inches as the photo will show. Maybe, just maybe I am doing something right.
